Cancellation Guidelines 

Advance Cancellation:

• Full refund or a rescheduling option is provided if the cancellation is made a month or more in advance.
• For cancellations at least two weeks in advance, a 35% partial refund or free rescheduling may be allowed.

Late Cancellations:

• No refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks or within 10 days before the workshop. Extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness) may allow partial refunds or credits.

No-Show Policy:

• No refund if the attendee fails to show up without prior notice. Optionally, the attendee may transfer their booking to another individual for multi-day, public event.

Transfer of Registration:

• A ticket transfer is admissible up to the day before the event, ensuring the attendee is responsible for transferring any physical materials that were provided in advance.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations:

• pxd labs guarantee a full refund if the workshop is canceled by the provider, such as due to low enrollment.

Administrative Fees:

• Deduct administrative fees where applicable for cancellations.
