 Customer Journey Map (CJM) Guide


The Customer Journey Map is a potent tool to draw out the customer's service experience from the start to the end.

There are 3 distinct areas to fill up in a CJM - 1/ stages/ action which provide the activities and context of the customer. 2/ Touchpoint which highlights the tool, object or artefact present with the customer. ​3/ Emotion of the customers as s/he is going through the service experience.
