SERVICE INNOVATION
DESIGN FACILITATION
Service innovation Design  (sTARTER TO sCALE)
Design has become a truly trans formative and differentiating factor for many organisations to build or reform products and services that delight customers. It comes then as no surprise that design thinking or its popular progeny, Service Design has become  a go-to framework for creating innovative advantage. We insert ourselves at many points in your service design journey. 

What is Service Innovation Design? 

+ Facilitate one-off or several service design workshops

We understand the intricacies of service delivery regardless of beginning or on-going service innovation journey.

remote SERVICE INNOVATION DESIGN 
With our current reality, remote or virtual meetings has become a preferred choice of collaboration and interaction. You would like to still roll - out the planned innovation efforts using design thinking across the organisation or tackle wicked problems using Design Thinking.

Service Design Sprint
Service (or Product) Design Sprint is not about velocity.  Although time plays an integral part of conducting a Design Sprint by compressing the amount of time to solve a specific challenge, a Design Sprint focus on mitigating the risk of delivering a product or service. 

There are various ways to do design sprint.  At pxd labs, we focus on the remote aspect and particular focus on service.  This involves bringing in a specific service challenge into a proprietary sprint methodology that results in several experiments that a company or team can conduct. 

The identification and structuring of this service-related experiments sets this sprint approach from others.

Duration: 9 x 3 hours remote sessions ( excluding the experiments)

REAL-TIME STRATEGY  WITH 
​LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
fOR eNTERPRISE
One of the more effective LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (or LSP) ​application is crafting the company's living strategy. You can develop several teams under your remit with the help of a certified LSP facilitator go through a series of activities.  Highlights below: 

+ Develop the 3D LEGO model of the team's current state. 
+ Create factors (agents) within the wider ecosystem the teams sits. 
+ Connect linkages across the models. 
+ Determine the future state of the organisation
+ Watch the impact on the expansive model at play.

A key output of this serious play activity is the creation of a set of Guiding Principles that frames the leadership team's response to future scenarios or events.


Duration:  1 - 2 full day workshop
for tEAMS
​One of the more effective LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (or LSP) ​application is defining the team's identity. YHighlights below: 

+ Develop the 3D LEGO model of the team's current state. 
+ Create factors (agents) within the wider ecosystem the teams sits. 
+ Connect linkages across the models. 
+ Determine the future state of the team
+ Watch the impact on the expansive model at play.

A key output of this serious play activity is the creation of a set of shared team identity that frames the team's response to future scenarios or events.

What is ​LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® ? >>>

CUSTOM-DESIGNED,
FACILITATED ​WORKSHOPS
finding your creative voice 
This is a 1.5 hour purpose-designed workshop in response to a request by NewCampus (Singapore). The learning objective of this workshop is to give participants a means to identify their creative voice using LEGO Serious Play.

crafting your people strategy in a vuca world
This is 2 hour facilitated workshop using LEGO Serious Play which was requested by the Singapore Productivity Centre during the launch of their Service Innovation Transformation Programme.  It explores the potential of co-learning with each other on how to define the people strategy of an organisation using play.
