We need to anticipate events that have a low probability of occurrence but with a likely high impact on ourselves, teams, and businesses.

In this 45-minute talk, Darwin will walk you through the steps to gain skills in reading signals around us. We have to consider and consistently sharpen our acuity in distinguishing between signals and noise; building our signal logs; and, identifying emergent themes. By doing so we gain agency to anticipate these out of the blue scenario that is focusing right now in the distance.
