​General Terms and Conditions

pxd labs Obligations

• pxd labs shall deliver training as described in the course outline using qualified facilitators.
• pxd labs shall supply all necessary training materials as specified in the course description.
• pxd labs shall issue certificates of completion to participants who satisfy attendance requirements.

Confirmation of Attendance

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of completed registration form and full payment.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the participant containing workshop details.
• Participants must confirm attendance at least 7 business days before the scheduled workshop.

Postponement or Cancellation

• pxd labs reserves the right to postpone or cancel any workshop with 5 business days' notice.
• In case of cancellation by pxd labs, participants will be offered the option of full refund or transfer to another workshop date.
• Cancellations by participants made 20 or more days before the workshop date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations by participants made 15-20 days before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before the workshop date, though substitution of participants is permitted.

Changes to Course Details

• pxd labs reserves the right to change the venue, date, or time of the workshop with at least 7 days' notice to participants.
• Should such changes occur, participants will be notified via email and given the option to transfer to another workshop or receive a full refund.
• Minor adjustments to course content may be made to improve quality or relevance without prior notice.

Training Materials

• All training materials provided remain the intellectual property of pxd labs and its partners.
• Participants are granted a non-exclusive license to use materials for personal development only.
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials without written permission is prohibited.

Prices, Payments, and Taxes

• All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment must be received in full prior to the workshop date.
• Acceptable payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified on the registration form.
• Official receipts will be issued for all payments.

Warranties and Liability

• pxd labs warrants that services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.
• pxd labs's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the workshop.
• pxd labs is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Participants attend workshops at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

Force Majeure

• Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  
• Force majeure events include but are not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemics, or severe weather conditions.
  
• In case of force majeure, pxd labs will reschedule the workshop or offer alternatives.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with Singapore mediation rules.

Data Protection

• The Provider will collect and process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection
• Act 2012.
• Participant information will only be used for purposes related to workshop administration and delivery.
