After The Tower: 62 Questions Pack
After the Tower - Question Pack is a printable set of questions that you can use in facilitating conversations with teams that are getting to know each other or digging deeper into collaborative work.
This set has been inspired by questions or prompts used during the many LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops we have conducted in the past. Of course, you can use the same set of questions in different situations ( e.g. visual - based, improv etc.).
These questions are characterized as:
> Buildability - asking a question or prompt that is open offers the respondents to construct or create a response.
> Relevant - in many team-based conversations, we need to lead in with indirect but useful questions before going deep.
> Provocative - thoughtful questions that stimulate thinking and introspection brings understanding.
There are 2 A3-sized pages that you can print. Each page will have about 32 A8-size cards. Marks are shown to guide you on where to cut.
