BUILD BETTER TEAMS WITH SERIOUS PLAY
If you are looking to build a high-performing team or in need of a method to untangle a team challenge, then applying a well-crafted, serious play experience is the way to go.

Serious Play embodies a playful enquiry and innovative activities towards solving complex problems at work. One of the better know method is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® which we are certified to employ.

Other Serious Play methods are available like improv, simulation games,  gamified activities, role-play exercise and many more.

Our focus is to understand the team's requirements before we prescribe and design a team intervention.

“You can learn more about a person in an hour of play than you can  from a lifetime of conversation” - Plato

Business Challenge:
The client is a global leader in the search engine marketing domain.  Their Singapore operation has seen tremendous growth and will on-board a few more prestigious accounts in the next few months. One key development area is strengthening the client-first mindset of the team.

Activities:
pxd labs proposed a one day training workshop using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method which involved crafting the team's identity and TeamLife; defining environmental agents; and, conducting the emergence play.

Outcome :

A set of Simple Guiding Principles serve as the main output of this engagement.   This sets the tone on how the team will respond to future challenges and service delivery without being too prescriptive, giving agency to the team to deliver world class services.
