Applying a carefully crafted, serious play experience is the best way to create a high-performing team or find a solution to a problem faced by a group.  We need to splörk it!

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® technique is one of the more well-known approaches, and we are trained to use it. 

Besides the previously mentioned examples, other Serious Play techniques include improv, interactive gamified activities, role-playing exercise, and many more.

The client is a global leader in the search engine marketing domain.  Their Singapore operation has seen tremendous growth and will on-board a few more prestigious accounts in the next few months. One key development area is strengthening the client-first mindset of the team.  

Activities: 
pxd labs proposed a one day training splörk workshop using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method which involved crafting the team's identity and TeamLife; defining environmental agents; and, conducting the emergence play.  

Outcome : 
​A set of Simple Guiding Principles serve as the main output of this engagement.   This sets the tone on how the team will respond to future challenges and service delivery without being too prescriptive, giving agency to the team to deliver world class services.
