WHAT

At pxd labs,  we define Service Design as a thinking and doing framework to organise various interconnected elements to provide a better value exchange between the provider and its clients.  We can look at micro moments where incremental improvements happen or macro events that deliver innovative experiences that brings delight to your customer.

WHY


Service design offers a proven framework and tools that works for organisations, teams and even individuals who are in a transformative journey towards a better state. 

A well-designed service experience is a strategic differentiator in this highly competitive world. In a see of sameness and commoditised products, a unique service delivery may spell why a customer would return and probably be a loyal customer. And this leads to achieving and proving the financial return on an investment in utilising and implementing changes based on the Service Design principles.
