Darwin is a self-identifying philomath and this itinerant curiosity has helped him deliver nuanced insights into his work as a facilitator, designer, consultant, and artist. He plays at the intersection of design, technology, and the arts.
Darwin is the founder and principal consultant of pxd labs. It is a design agency based in Singapore. He is a certified facilitator for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and an exhibited visual artist. Whilst in corporate, digital marketing has been his domain. Darwin was the Asia Pacific Digital Marketing Manager for a UK-based global asset manager, looking after 10 markets in the region. He straddled both client and agency sides across the years. And has advised top MNCs and regional players like Polycom (US), Dow Corning (UK), Indosat (ID), Singtel (SG) and others on their marketing challenges. Darwin is a product of Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT) with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He holds certificate and post graduate degrees in Applied Innovation (SMU), Western & Abstract Painting (NAFA) and MBA academic units from Ateneo Graduate School of Business. |

She leverages visual strategies in various entrepreneurial and development programmes for students, professionals and retirees. Ai Yat is privileged to be recognized as the master trainer in Asia for The Back of the Napkin™ - Solving Problems with Pictures. She has developed and conducts the programmes: Starting Your Own Business, The Self-Employed Training Workshops, The Entrepreneurial Manager, The Entrepreneurial Employee, Thriving On Challenges, Visual Thinking, Creativity & Innovation - The Rules Have Changed!, and Networking & Relationship Management. For many years now, Ai Yat has been regularly involved in entrepreneurial development, transition training, and assisting individuals affected by job separation exercises cope with the challenges ahead. Her clients include multi-national companies, government agencies, as well as educational and financial institutions across Asia Pacific. She currently teaches Creativity, Innovation, and Design for RMIT University degree programme at SIM Global Education.
