Business Challenge:
The client is a global leader in the search engine marketing domain. Their Singapore operation has seen tremendous growth and will on-board a few more prestigious accounts in the next few months. One key development area is strengthening the client-first mindset of the team. Activities: pxd labs proposed a one day training workshop using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method which involved crafting the team's identity and TeamLife; defining environmental agents; and, conducting the emergence play. Outcome : A set of Simple Guiding Principles serves as the main output of this engagement. This sets the tone on how the team will respond to future challenges and service delivery without being too prescriptive, giving agency to the team in delivering world class services. |
