FRAMING YOUR PROBLEM EFFECTIVELY
In our Service Innovation Design Training Programme, we have placed great emphasis in truly understanding the problem or issues at hand. We want to answer this crical question on the get-go : Are you /we working on the right problem? This is the foundation on how we move forward to 'reframe' a problem.
