In my roles as Senior Transfer Enabler at the Institute for Transfer Effectiveness and Founder of Going Beyond Training, I am passionate about making transfer happen. I apply strong business acumen, rich practical experience across cultures, and a deep understanding of what makes learning stick to support my clients in being more strategic in their learning initiatives.
Inspired by my original focus and the 20 years of living and working abroad, I enjoy a "2nd career" working as a trainer, consultant, and university lecturer in the fields of Intercultural Communication, Virtual Collaboration, Corporate Culture, Leadership, DEI, Trust and Navigation.

Kaveri Kuttappa is a Learning design and facilitation experts. She has about 15 years of extensive experience across OD and training projects where she uses her expertise in the Accelerated Learning methodology to design and deliver subject matter, behavioral and performance-based interventions for clients across the globe.
Her design philosophy is learner- centric to ensure that learners are engaged and challenged and walk away with the knowledge, skill and confidence to immediately apply their learning to reach their desired performance or business goals.

A self-identifying philomath, this itinerant curiosity has helped him deliver nuanced insights into his work as a facilitator, designer, and strategist.
Whilst in corporate for 20 years, his domain was marketing, particularly digital and technology. He has straddled both agency and client sides across the year and has advised top MNCs and regional players on their strategy & marketing challenges.
